2017 International Student Applicants
Over the past year, international educators have expressed concern that the political discourse of the 2016 US presidential election was being detrimental to recruitment efforts. In response, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and four other higher education associations administered a survey to their members. The results of the survey, International Applicants for Fall 2017 – Institutional & Applicant Perceptions, is meant to serve as a snapshot of the perceptions of postsecondary institutions, international students, and their families.
