The following PowerPoint presentation is the template to be used by Initiative chairs for the November 16, 17 and 18, 2012 presentations to Goal chairs. PowerPoint presentations are due to Karl Burger and Ray Buechler by November 14th. Please use the following naming convention: "GoalX_IY_Presentation.pptx". X is the Goal number and Y is the Initiative number.
Initiative Benchmark Template
All initiatives should use the template below to list their benchmarks. Please complete the template and return it to Karl Burger. Please use the following naming convention: "GoalX_IY_benchmarks.pdf". X is the Goal number and Y is the Initiative number.
Fact Sheet Templates
There is a template below for each goal. Initiative chairs should select the template associated with their Goal then complete the template, save it and return it to Karl Burger. Please use the following naming convention for the file "GoalX_IY_factsheet.pdf". X is the Goal number and Y is the Initiative number.
