1. Produced the second Annual Report.



2. Produced the first comprehensive Transfer Profile.



3. Developed college matriculation model and shared with vice presidents.



4. Publication in Research in Higher Education ('A Longitudinal Approach to Assessing Attrition Behavior Among First-Generation Students: Time-Varying Effects of Pre-College Characteristics').



5. Participated in Cognos cubes project.



6. Conducted survey of non-attendees out of freshman class.



7. Developed printing function on the Individual Faculty Annual Report (IFAR).



8. Publication in the Journal of College Student Retention ('A Longitudinal Investigation of Dropout from College in the United States').



9. Produced campus winter retreat.



10. Developed three strategic planning committees that have produced three recommendations.



11. Developed the University's most comprehensive retention database that includes external and internal information.
